1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 cup almond or cashew milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 handful fresh or frozen spinach
1 TBS Adaptogen Cocoa Blend (I like Anima Mundi brand) Reishi, Chaga, Agaricus, Cacao, Lions Mane, Shiitake, Maiitake, Cordyceps.
Optional: 1 tsp potato starch and/or L-glutamine powder (for added blood sugar balance and gut health)
