Free Mindful & Intuitive Group for Women

If you are someone who is looking to learn more about what is intuitive and mindful eating, and finally step away from diet culture for good, this group is for YOU!  This group is for females feeling like they need a mind, body RESET: Unconscious Eaters, Emotional Eaters, Careful Clean Eaters, and/or Professional Dieters who are now interested in stopping this craziness with food and want to finally be able to feel good in their body.

I gave a talk at Harvard Medical School a few years back and people came up to me with the same question, is there a group or community they could seek out to learn how to apply the science of the microbiome to their daily lives? So I decided to start a dialogue through Instagram to share food and health stories, the latest-research, and tid-bits on daily practices to restore our gut flora.
